Cory Van
Arsdale, CEO Prior to MSN and business development, Cory
practiced law for 15 years as a technology development
and transaction specialist. Six years were spent
in Microsoft’s Law Department, where he
supported Windows 9x, Internet Explorer and
the Digital Media Division. His most fun deal:
licensing Start Me Up from the Rolling Stones
for the Windows 95 launch. Prior to Microsoft,
Cory practiced in Silicon Valley at Sun Microsystems,
Apple and the start-up, Be, Inc. Cory graduated
from Santa Clara University law school and the
University of California at Santa Barbara. |

Katherine Hays,
Chief Operating Officer Katherine has an extensive background in general management and finance specific to the media industry. She is a former Equity Research Analyst with Goldman Sachs, where she covered global media companies including AOL Time Warner, Disney, News Corp and Vivendi Universal, as well as headed the firm's digital and interactive media team. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Katherine worked in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney in their media and communications practice. Deals included DoubleClick, Charter Communications, Washington Post and AMC Entertainment. She also has experience as a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked as part of their retail and media practice. Katherine holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Princeton University. |

David Sturman,
VP of Technology David has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. David is a past CTO of Acclaim Entertainment, formerly a leading Developer and Publisher of console video games. While at Acclaim, he led the company's on-line games initiative and instituted a program to coordinate software tool development across five formerly independent game studios. He is also the former Vice President of Technology for MaMaMedia, an award-winning Internet site for children, and served as Director of R&D at Medialab Paris, where he spearheaded the development of 3D real-time computer puppetry software. David holds a PhD from the MIT Media Lab in computer graphics and animation. He is also a specialist in videogame technology and design, which he has taught as an adjunct professor at Columbia University. |
